Parkdale Gallery Shows and Events

Parkdale Gallery showcases a variety of exhibitions, backstage events and the works of represented artists and sculptors.  Expect to see a variety and combination of new works, and exhibitions from week to week.

    Parkdale Gallery is expanding
    Our new location will have a few different venues for your enjoyment. Parkdale Gallery will continue to operate as an independent gallery. An adjoining Studio Gallery will display the artworks of local artists that have studios on site. This unique venue will be one of a kind where local and international artists will meet in the vibrant artistic community of the QUAD.  Check back for more exciting news.

    To prepare for the move the gallery will be closing at 229 Armstrong mid January 09. The new premises will open in early spring 09.

    Michael James Toomy The Innocence.
    New England Artist
    An award winning artist, Michael studied at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and now works and lives in Londonderry, New Hampshire, USA. This will be his first Canadian Exhibition.

    Tami Curtis-Ellis
    Louisiana Artist
    Most of Tami's work is based on the rich history, music, culture and nature of Louisiana that she has spent a lifetime learning and loving. Her work is now owned by patrons from New York to California.

  • Studio Space

    Parkdale Gallery: Artist Studios for Rent
     

    Parkdale Gallery is expanding. Our new store front location will accommodate three venues. Parkdale Gallery will continue to operate as an independent gallery. The Studio Gallery will display your artworks to the public, noon to 5 p.m., Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Individual working studio spaces with 24 hour access will be rented to local artists and will also be open to the public during gallery hours.

      Your rental fees include:
      Studio Gallery membership
      Studio working space
      Web site presence
      Secure premises, 24 hr, monitored alarm
      Point of Sales secure payment processing.( @2.5% rate)
      Discounted framing services
       

    The Studio Gallery will be operated as a separate entity with promotions and events. When member artists are not on premises, sales in the Studio Gallery will be facilitated with a small flat rate administration fee. Studio rental rates will vary dependent on size: Rates (T.B.A.) will be reasonable. Inquire about our on line sales.

    This unique venue will meet all your artistic needs. A place to work, showcase and sell.  Most of all you will be joining the vibrant artistic community in the QUAD.
